Co-Founder & Lead Bookkeeper
Ethan is a QuickBooks Certified ProAdvisor and Bookkeeper with a background rooted in blue-collar work. He brings a practical, hands-on perspective to bookkeeping and accounting practices.
Before pursuing a career in accounting, Ethan spent years working in blue-collar roles and managing the bookkeeping for his family farm. That experience provided firsthand insight into the financial realities faced by small businesses and hardworking operators, ultimately leading him to pursue bookkeeping professionally.
Ethan values accuracy, consistency, and clear financial records, and approaches his work with the same reliability and work ethic developed through hands-on experience. Outside of work, he is an avid outdoorsman who values discipline, preparation, and attention to detail—qualities that carry through into his professional approach.

Nate Alwood
Co-Founder & Systems Architect
Nate brings a unique blend of accounting expertise and system-driven thinking to every client relationship. With a bachelor's degree in accounting and over eight years of experience in business finance, his career has included experience in Big Four, regional, and small-town accounting—giving him a well-rounded understanding of businesses at every stage.
Based in Michigan, Nate supports clients across the western, central, and eastern parts of the state. After time in Big Four accounting, he made the intentional decision to step away from large corporate environments to focus on what he values most: personal relationships and a deeper understanding of each client's business.
Nate has designed and systematized the firm's workflows to ensure every client receives the same reliable, high-quality service. Outside of work, he values discipline and balance—you'll often find him in the gym or along the river fishing.
